Just shoot us a an email or give us a call! We like to personally speak with everyone that wants to book a condo to make sure it’s a good fit. Once we decide on a time and place for your vacation we will send you a contract to look over. When you mail the contract back we also ask for a security deposit and a copy of your drivers license to secure your date and condo. No later than 60 days prior to your visit the full rental amount is due.
There is a security deposit for each of our condos: Ocean Ritz is $400, Celadon is $350, and Majestic is $300. As long as there is no damage or excessive amount of cleaning, it will be returned to you within 48 hours of your departure. We inspect the unit personally after each guest to make sure it is left in good condition. There is an information sheet in the unit that will outline procedures for your departure, laundry etc… Please leave the unit nice for us!
The rental amount is due no later than 60 days prior to your arrival. You may send it as early as you like but no later than 60 days in advance of your arrival.
In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel within 60 days of your arrival there will be no refund of your rental payment. If we are able to re-rent your dates we will happily return your rental amount less a 100.00 re-booking fee. We recommend travel insurance if there is a chance that you will not be able to keep your commitment to this reservation.
We send an e-mail the week before your check in with an access code for the unit. These codes are randomly set and we cannot do custom codes. This code will begin working at 4pm CST on the day of your arrival. Once you’re in your condo- sit down, relax, and start to have a wonderful vacation!
We will send you specific instructions in the contract on where to receive your parking pass and where parking is located. Be assured that all of our condos come with great parking close to the condos.
What can we say… We love working with families! So you must be 25 or older to rent from us and we don’t rent to student groups. Also, no pets in the condos- bring your children, but not your fur babies!
Check out is 11am CST on your departure day. There will be a list on the counter with instructions for checking out.
